Chuck Dolan
Chuck Dolan joined the Sigler Pro Audio Team in January of 2004, a 30 year veteran in the Music and Sound business. Chuck is well known throughout Arkansas as a well-versed Sound System Consultant and System Designer and a popular musician’s resource.
Chuck has been a professional musician for decades. This performance experience gives him invaluable knowledge that helps him know how to best approach modern church and school systems from the music production perspective.
He is a specialist in sound reinforcement, ear monitor systems, and mixing systems. With years of training in electronics and sound system installations, Chuck offers a level of maturity and experience that is a key to the success of Sigler Pro Audio.

Fred Rompf
Fred joined the Sigler Pro Audio Team in the summer of 1996 after spending 25 years as a professional musician, touring across the U.S. and Canada. He serves as Worship Leader at his home church, Freedom Church, in Fort Smith, and is active in several other music ministries.
Fred has studied all aspects of sound production and sound reinforcement systems from design, through installation, and operation. Having received a wide range of training through The National Systems Contractor’s Association, plus attending SYN-AUD-CON, Fred has gathered the knowledge and skills required for proper system design and integration.
That knowledge, combined with years of road and platform experience, makes Fred an authority on all aspects of sound, lighting, and video systems. Fred functions as Installation Supervisor for Sigler Pro Audio, Arkansas’ premier design/build contractor. His list of installations is impressive, with thousands of satisfied clients across the region.

Chris Ward
Chris has assisted Arkansas churches and schools with sound systems and equipment for more than 25 years. After laying the foundation for Sigler Pro Audio as a division of Sigler Music Centers, Chris personally consulted with thousands of churches and designed upgrades and complete systems for installation. Under his direction, Sigler Pro Audio has become one of the largest full-service licensed sound system design and installation firms in Arkansas, with offices across the state able to effectively serve the state as well as Eastern Oklahoma.
Since 1996 Chris has been the General Manager of the company, overseeing the staff of Sigler Music Centers and Sigler Pro Audio, as well as the marketing, promotions, product development, and e-commerce components of the companies. Chris may be contacted at cward@siglermusic.com
Jess Gorham
Jess Gorham, our Lead Installer brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to the job after heading up the A/V department for Roland Schools. Jess has been the chief sound, video, and network technician at Freedom Church Fort Smith for the past three years, and is a valuable asset that we are pleased to have on the team.
