Design
After consultation, we will DESIGN a system to suit your needs. Drawing upon years of experience in sucessful installations and in keeping with modern industry standards and design practices allows us to deliver a comprehensive package that works for everyone involved. Installation
We offer installation of systems ranging from the smallest of church sound systems to 1000+ seat auditorium Sound, Video and Lighting systems. Each installation is custom engineered for the specific needs of the venue, with attention given to every detail, and the needs of the client dictate the final system configuration and setup. Optimization
Over time you may experience declining performance or reduced sonic quality to your sound system. One of our trained staff can evaluate your equipment and check wiring integrity, repairing as needed, and set all controls for optimum performance using computer based analysis.
Service
Your sound system shouldn’t snap, crackle or pop! But if it does, our experienced technicians can diagnose and rectify the source of the trouble. Interconnections to and within the system will get close scrutiny. They will also take the time to evaluate and optimize the performance of the system, insuring long term stability and noise free operation. Training
An Audio/Video/Lighting system is only as good as its weakest link, and you certainly don’t want that to be the operator. Our experienced staff can train your personnel in the proper use and care of your systems with a hands-on technique. We will encourage the operators to take ownership of the systems and we will de-mystify the technical aspects with focus on getting consistently good results. Warranty
All of our installations include a one year bumper-to-bumper warranty which includes troubleshooting and replacement of any newly installed gear. If any piece fails for any reason, we will remove and replace it with a loaner provided until re-installation of the repaired item, no charge for repair, labor or shipping. The physical installation, including all wiring and connections, is warranted for life, excluding obvious abuse. After one year, we will process any remaining warranty issues that may arise, including shipping, excluding removal/reinstallation labor fees..
